Two weeks ago I did a presentation on celiac with gluten free girl (a.k.a. Shauna) to my class and so I will be trying to put it on youtube and my blog. But if I can it will probably have to be in two or three parts because it is pretty long.
I'm 11 years old and was diagnosed with celiac in September. I was tested because I had lots of bone pain, aches and being tired .I am also a cellist luckily my pains didn't affect my cello playing. Since I have two brothers I sometimes have to be careful of cross contamination of gluten.
